Description
This ModelBrick describes changes in the concentration of protein LacI under the transcriptional repressor activity of cI. The simulation consider a change in the species concentration compare to original Model to better represent the activity of the protein repressor cI over the transcription, and translation of LacI. The initial concentration of the repressor protein has been set at 150 molecules/um3 while the other two species were set at 0 molecules/um3.
