Description

This ModelBrick describes changes in the concentration of protein TetR under the transcriptional repressor activity of LacI. The simulation consider a change in the species concentration compare to original Model to better represent the activity of the protein repressor lacI over the transcription, and translation of TetR. The initial concentration of the repressor protein was set at 150 molecules/um3, and we kept the initial concentration of LacI mRNA and LacI protein at 20 and 0 molecules/um3 as in the original model.
