Description

This ModelBrick describes changes in the concentration of protein cI under the transcriptional repressor activity of TetR. The model represent the activity of the protein repressor tetR over the transcription and tranlation of cI, and compared to the other two related ModelBricks the mRNA transcription and degradation of the repressor protein is introduced. The initial concentration of cI protein was set at 100 molecules/um3, and we kept other species’s concentrations as in the original model.
